1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.

3. Returns Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@awsproduct.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us at returns@awsproduct.com to arrange for an exchange.

6. Shipping Costs
